There are 470 conferences organized by the AIESEC Network annually. All these are opportunities that you can grab.
It is the first conference of the year and is for Executive Boards (EB) and Team Leaders (TL). It equips them with tools and ideas to lead their teams competently to achieve good results by the end of their term.
Although not a conference, the Local Motivation Seminar gathers all the new members of AIESEC in Belgium for a formal introduction to the organization. It is the moment to start getting to know other people from the network.
It is the biggest conference of the year bringing together around 150 members from around Belgium.
This conference will now be jointly organized with France. The main focus is on encouraging members who wish to take on a leadership role in the organization.

The National Conference is mainly for incoming and outgoing executive boards. It is a forum for them to discuss about their terms and formally close their terms.
It is for Exchange Participants (EP). It focuses on cultural understanding and how to be a represantative of AIESEC in Belgium.
It is focused on providing members with skills on giving presentations and facilitating.
Trains members on how to sell effectively.
It is similar to BeLDS but differs in that it gathers together AIESECers from all of Western Europe and North America.
We Grow is a conference aimed mainly at Vice Presidents and Project managers.
